Located half-way between Council Bluffs and Sioux City, Iowa on the Missouri River, the Port of Blencoe serves as a gateway to the world markets. This port is the farthest stop north on the Missouri River and is shifting high-volume freight from the road to the waterway.

Barges began transporting grain and fertilizer to and from the port in early spring 2021. With addition of this grain outlet our growers in Western Iowa will get the first opportunity at the world market.
